Free Trial Week When you start your subscription, you’ll have a one-week trial period to explore our methodology, get to know your tutor, and evaluate whether the service fits your needs. If you decide not to continue within this period, simply let us know and you won’t be charged for any classes taken during that week.

Payment and Refund Policy Our subscription model works on a month-in-arrears basis, meaning you pay at the end of the month for classes already received. Since the service is delivered before payment is collected, no refunds will be issued once a payment has been completed.
